With over 14 years of experience working in a variety of settings, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals dealing with a broad range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, grief, substance use, and relationship issues. My approach is rooted in the belief that each person is doing the best they can and is capable of creating change to live the life they desire. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including DBT and CBT, to provide personalized care that aligns with your goals. I specialize in individual and group therapy for adults of all ages.
